1/29/2019 Storm Updates Emailed to the Community.


Dear Residents:


Here we go again!


With the storm accumulations earlier today, all roads have been salted. The snow contractor will be onsite later this evening to evaluate and act according to the additional snow accumulations expected. 


As a reminder:

·         Please move all cars off the road and into your garage and driveway.

·         During the snowfall:  Streets, including Revere Court, will be kept free of accumulations. 

·         After the snowfall:

o   The Clubhouse parking lot, common area sidewalks, assigned parking spots, mail stations, fire hydrants and dumpster enclosures will all be cleared.

o   In the event the snowfall exceeds 3 inches, the townhouse driveways and walkways will be plowed and shoveled.

o   In the event the snowfall is less than 3 inches, only the townhouse homeowners who contracted with the snow contractor will have their driveways and walkways plowed and shoveled.

·        When walking outside during and after the storm DO NOT approach the snow plows. 

·        Use caution especially on any untreated areas.  It is always a good idea to have a small bag of calcium chloride should you have a few icy spots. This can be purchased at local hardware stores or Home Depot. ROCK SALT APPLICATIONS ARE PROHIBITED.

·        Electric outages should be reported directly to JCP&L at 888-544-4877. Gas/Heat issues should be reported directly to New Jersey Natural Gas at 800-221-0051.


Also, later this week the forecast continues with below freezing temperatures going into the teens. It is highly recommended that you take a pro-active approach to avoid frozen pipes inside of your unit by turning up the thermostat, opening cabinet doors to allow heat to circulate around pipes, as well as, leave faucets dripping at a fast pace. *If your unit is rented out, you as the landlord are responsible to relay this information to your tenants.
