2022 Retaining Wall Project



During the winter season, Taylor Management Company, in conjunction with Snyder’s Nursery, will be operating (3) three procedures to help communicate information on Association snow removal efforts. These procedures are intended to help spread the word about whether or not, Longview will be conducting townhouse driveway and walkway clearing at Association expense. Please remember that the deciding factor of 3"+ of accumulation (Association effort) or 2.9"- (Homeowner responsibility) are UNCHANGED.

Once a decision is communicated from Snyder’s Nursery to Taylor Management Company, three updates are planned:

(a) Email: A community email will be sent. In the event you do not have access to email, please call management with an alternative email. For example: emergency contact, your son, daughter or friend. They will then be able to notify you with updates.

(b) Website: A menu option on BOTH the Homepage and the Resident-Only page entitled "SNOW REMOVAL STATUS" will now offer a statement referencing the date of the storm and the clearing status. As available, the time clearing is expected to start, and an approximation of when clearing should be completed will be updated as received from Snyder’s Nursery.

(c) Secondary Phone Line: The voicemail recording of a secondary clubhouse telephone line will be updated as well. Residents may dial 973-334-6153 to hear the appropriate update as it becomes available, and as hour of the day permits. Do not leave a message on this line.

***PLEASE NOTE—THESE PROCEDURES WILL ONLY BE OPERATIONAL UNTIL 10:00PM AND AFTER 6:30AM. Notifications received in the overnight hours will be broadcast the following morning.
